1. Acceptance of Terms

In addition, when using this website's particular services (such as the Operation Freewill Sponsorship portal), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Sponsorship Payments
By submitting a sponsorship payment through our portal:
- You confirm that you have the authority to make the payment on behalf of the company or brand you represent.
- All payments are processed securely through our third-party provider, Paystack.
- Sponsorship tiers and features are fulfilled as outlined in our proposal and are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Refund Policy
All sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable as funds are immediately allocated to production costs. However, in the rare event of project cancellation before the release of any episodes, refunds will be evaluated and issued based on the remaining unutilized budget minus processing fees.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Operation Freewill: The Struggle" documentary, its format, content, and the Cosmo Intent Lab logo are the exclusive intellectual property of Cosmo Intent Lab. Sponsorship does not grant you ownership over any of the content produced, but grants the promotional rights specified in your chosen sponsorship tier.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cosmo Intent Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your participation in the sponsorship program or the use of our services.
6. Adjustments to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
